ABOUT US
The Fremd Varsity Guard is a competitive activity at William Fremd High School in Palatine Illinois. We are a team of men and women that have a love to perform dance, flags, rifles and sabres.

No experience is necessary, as we will train you in every area. You just need a love of performing and learning new things!
The Fremd Varsity Guard starts rehearsing in the summer with Flag Camp and continues through the Fall (August-October) with the Viking Marching Band in its competitive fall season. We then head inside and start to rehearse and put together our Winter Competitive Production. We are members of the Midwest Color Guard Circuit and compete in the circuit starting in January through Championships in late March.
